Job Description
What youll get to do:
- Manage monthend closing process including reconciliation of all related balance sheet accounts.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements including all internal and external reporting to management parent company and financial institutions.
- Coordinating the yearend audit and tax return for preparation of audited financial statements and related tax compliance.
- Manage the accounting operations including the journal entries payroll accounts payable accounts receivable and statutory reporting.
- Provide advice and guidance on all accounting matters including financial systems record keeping analysis and reporting.
- Administer payroll 401K and insurance.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures when directed.
- Other related duties when required or assigned.
What will make you successful:
- 35 years of relevant experience and knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management.
- Audit experience is strongly preferred.
- CPA or CMA.
- HR experience preferred.
- Experience with major ERP system. Knowledge of Microsoft AX/Dynamics software is preferred.
- Good organizational time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- International business experience is an advantage.
