DISHER is currently partnering with a manufacturing company in Wilmington North Carolina in their search for a Financial Manager. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization while also undertaking limited Human Resources responsibilities.

What youll get to do:
Manage monthend closing process including reconciliation of all related balance sheet accounts.
Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements including all internal and external reporting to management parent company and financial institutions.
Coordinating the yearend audit and tax return for preparation of audited financial statements and related tax compliance.
Manage the accounting operations including the journal entries payroll accounts payable accounts receivable and statutory reporting.
Provide advice and guidance on all accounting matters including financial systems record keeping analysis and reporting.
Administer payroll 401K and insurance.
Develop and administer HR policies and procedures when directed.
Other related duties when required or assigned.
What will make you successful:
35 years of relevant experience and knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management.
Audit experience is strongly preferred.
CPA or CMA.
HR experience preferred.
Experience with major ERP system. Knowledge of Microsoft AX/Dynamics software is preferred.
Good organizational time management and prioritization skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
International business experience is an advantage.
