We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional assistance. The ideal candidate is a problemsolver with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a courteous and efficient manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns determining the cause of the problem and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities
Comfortable using customer service software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
