Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional assistance. The ideal candidate is a problemsolver with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a courteous and efficient manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns determining the cause of the problem and offering appropriate solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities

  • Comfortable using customer service software and tools

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Professional attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
