Reboot Staff is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Service Communications Assistant to support our internal service operations and client interactions. This role will focus on facilitating clear communication between departments maintaining documentation and assisting with client and candidate coordination. The ideal candidate is organized professional and excels in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating communication between service departments and client accounts
Maintain and update internal records reports and service logs
Prepare and distribute correspondence meeting notes and documentation
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow
Schedule and confirm appointments calls and internal meetings
Monitor and track service delivery metrics for management review
Support administrative and operational projects as assigned
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support communications or a servicebased role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
