Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with system engineers software developers and architects to implement solutions within the Aviation Software platforms
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile CI Software and Product Security Scalability Documentation Practices refactoring and Testing Techniques
- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology of choice
- Build features such as web UI web services and APIs
- Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
- Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice
- Ensure software solutions comply with industry security standards and best practices
Education Qualification
- For roles in USA:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) with minimum 5 years of experience
Desired Technical Expertise:
- Experience with languages/technologies such as Windows C# and Javascript
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React Vue SolidJS
- Experience with Azure Cloud Azure DevOps
- Experience with relational or cloud native databases
- Aware of and able to apply continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts
- General understanding of the impacts of technology choices to the software development life cycle
- Experience in automated testing tools as Selenium Jest or NUnit
Business Acumen:
- Understands the technology landscape up to date on current technology trends and new technology brings new ideas to the team
- Displays understanding of the projects value proposition for the customer. Shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted customer
- Learns organization vision statement and decisionmaking framework. Able to understand how team and personal goals/objectives contribute to the organization vision
