Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate reliable and dedicated InHome Caregiver to provide nonmedical assistance to a 44 year old male with cerebral palsyin hishome.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing personal care companionship and support to childrenor disabled individuals ensuring their comfort safety and wellbeing. No heavy lifting is required because the patient is semi independent and uses a walker.

Schedule: Monday Friday from 4:00pm 5pm.
*Even though the hours for this particular clientare low there is opportunity for taking on an additional client to increase hours worked.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming and hygiene.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation laundry and general cleaning.
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning.
- Ensure the clients home environment is safe and comfortable.
- Provide medication reminders (nonmedical assistance).
- Monitor the wellbeing of the client and communicate any changes to family members or supervisors.
- Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping appointments and other activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Compassionate patient and empathetic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility if needed.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).
