We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker to join our SWA (Amazon Shipping) Tactical Programs team. This role is pivotal in developing innovative new processes and implementing short to midterm solutions to optimize both Under the Roof (UTR) and On the Road (OTR) operations for SWA. You will be responsible for creating novel approaches to solve complex problems across the entire SWA operational spectrum with minimal reliance on tech solutions. Your ability to design test and implement new processes will be crucial in enhancing efficiency productivity and supply chain integration in our delivery stations and lastmile operations.
Key job responsibilities
Identify operational challenges in both UTR and OTR environments and create innovative new processes to address them focusing on solutions that require minimal tech involvement.
Design and implement tactical solutions for SWA UTR and OTR operations emphasizing quick wins and process innovations.
Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas for solving operational problems across the entire SWA network.
Develop and test pilot programs for new operational processes in both UTR and OTR settings iterating quickly based on results.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and scale successful new processes across the SWA network.
Analyze operational data from both UTR and OTR to identify areas requiring novel solutions and track the performance of newly implemented processes.
Create frameworks and methodologies for rapid process development and implementation that can be applied to both instation and onroad operations.
Manage the endtoend lifecycle of new process creation from ideation to fullscale rollout ensuring seamless integration between UTR and OTR operations.
Ensure new processes align with and enhance SWA integration within the broader AMZL network.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SWA operations team spanning both UTR and OTR.

5 years of program or project management experience
5 years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience leading process improvements
3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
Excellent project management abilities and experience leading crossfunctional teams
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau) to support decisionmaking and process evaluation
Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate and champion new ideas
Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Understanding of AMZL operations and challenges
Masters degree in relevant field
Experience with Amazons operational processes particularly in AMZL or similar programs
Familiarity with both warehouse operations and transportation logistics
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience in change management and process implementation at scale across diverse operational environments
