Job Description:
Professional with knowledge of job area and knowledge of project management. Manages projects or processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes practices and procedures. Makes moderate improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results. Core knowledge should include scope decomposition project planning and scheduling budget monitoring and project execution .
Essential Functions:
- Top Secret Security Clearance ability to obtain SCI preferred
- Ability to travel as required
- Work extended hours as required for program success
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 4years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 8years of prior related experience.
- Active Secret/Top Security Clearance preferred
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in SAP or Solumina
- Aviation background/knowledge
- Able to communicate and brief various levels of L3Harris leadership as required
