Job Description Human Resources Coordinator
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources this position assists with the organization and processes that provide maximum support to the teachers administrators and support staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate Daily Substitute employees.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Processes change requests from employees.
- Assists payroll by reviewing entries and reconciliation reports.
- Assist with human resources projects
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations.
- Prepares transfer and offer letters.
- Assists with the processing of terminations.
- Makes photocopies; mails scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
- Files documents into the appropriate employee files.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Processes mail.
- Becomes familiar with other team members duties and assists them with projects in peak flow time when requested.
- Assist the Human Resources Generalist as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software.
- Ability to work successfully and collaboratively in a deadlinebased environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in human resources or related field of study or at least two years experience in a Human Resources role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Docs.
Reports To:
Assistant Director of Human Resources
Terms of Employment:
Twelvemonth work year.
Salary:
This is an exempt position. Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
