Title: UHigh Instructional Coach

The Instructional Coach for University High School will provide leadership in professional development; manage standards and standardsbased assessment process; support teachers with Tier 1 instruction assessment and curriculum; is responsible for ensuring highquality instruction in classrooms.
Duties will include:
1. Providing comprehensive coaching to teacher
2. Providing professional development to tenured and pretenured Faculty Associates
3. Serve as the test coordinator for AP tests
4. Perform as point person for all research occurring at University High School.

2. Illinois Professional Educator License
3. At least five years of experience teaching
4. Exceptional leadership communication interpersonal collaborative and organizational skills
5. Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
6. Robust knowledge of instructional methods standardsbased grading and curriculum developmentPreferred Qualifications
