Job Description

Alden Elementary School is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Instructional Assistant for the 2025-2026 school year.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree preferred or an associate degree with relevant experience considered;

- Experience working with elementary students;

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to meet the needs of every student;

- Citizenship residency or work visa required.
