Manager Advanced Analytics Inventory Transformation

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Manager of Advanced Analytics to join our Inventory Transformation team. In this role you will drive business impact by applying advanced analytics to complex supply chain and inventory challenges. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional partners to develop insights optimize processes and influence decisionmaking at scale.
This is a highvisibility role ideal for someone with a strong foundation in analytics and data modeling an ownership mindset and a passion for improving how inventory flows through one of the worlds largest supply chains.
Youll make an impact by:
- Translating analytical insights into clear actionable recommendations for data science engineering and merchandising teams
- Owning analytics projects endtoendfrom problem framing and data exploration to recommendations and stakeholder alignment
- Developing scalable SQL queries dashboards and lightweight models to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Conducting exploratory and scenariobased analyses to shape future product capabilities and optimize decision frameworks
- Partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand inventory and availability challenges and recommend datadriven solutions
- Helping scale automation standardization and process improvement across replenishment and forecasting
Youll sweep us off our feet if you:
- Have endtoend ownership experience in replenishment forecasting or inventory management solutions and processes
- Demonstrate a track record of taking initiative and driving outcomes in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Have advanced SQL skills and experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker)
- Understand modeling concepts and are comfortable interpreting or supporting statistical models used in forecasting or optimization
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences through storytelling presentations and written documents
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working crossfunctionally with product engineering and business teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in an analytics business insights or strategy role
- Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Analytics Supply Chain Operations Research Industrial Engineering) is a plus
- Prior exposure to retail ecommerce or inventory planning is a plus
- Experience working in large matrixed organizations or highstakes programs
