Provide oneonone or smallgroup instruction to students who need additional support.
Deliver preplanned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
Supervise students in the classroom hallways lunchroom playground or during transitions.
Maintain a safe respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Enforce school rules and behavior expectations consistently.
Communicate effectively with lead teachers school staff and administrators.
Participate in team meetings when necessary to stay aligned with curriculum goals and student progress.
