What Will Your Job Look Like
The Road Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all fleet operations meet company standards and are in compliance with all governmental or regulatory standards. Ensure efficient mechanical operation and appearance of each vehicle is maintained. Monitor all accident and injury investigations. Monitor comments and complaints of passengers and operators regarding service especially feedback regarding the safety of passengers. Ensure all daily routes are supplied with drivers. Develop utilization reports to establish cost effective routes and schedules to meet the needs of the customer and client.

What youll do:
Oversee on time performance measures of drivers monitor driving and safety practices of drivers daily
Provide oversight of fleet maintenance program
Respond and coordinate data and photo collection at accident and incident scenes
Investigate and assist with accident determination
Assist drivers with questions customer assistance and overall on the road support
Assist customers with information and complaint resolution
Provide management with reports to assist with the evaluation of route and schedule effectiveness
Perform additional duties as assigned or required
What youll need:
Experience Education & Certifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Must be able to obtain a CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement
Must be able to pass DOT physical and preemployment drug/alcohol screening
No more than 6 points on driving record within the last 4 years
Must pass criminal background check & motor vehicle record check
No misdemeanor or felony DUI convictions
No failure to appear charges
Valid authorization to work in the United States
Must provide a resume with a minimum of 10 years work history
Skills:
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Regular attendance is required
Knowledge of Safety and training practices and procedures
Ability to communicate teach and mentor employees
Ability to demonstrate conflict resolution skills
Ability to quickly process information and make adjustments or recommendations
Skills in the use of computers including Microsoft Word Excel and other Microsoft applications
Even better if you have...
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in a related field preferred
Experience working in a supervisory role
Knowledge of DOT OSHA Drug & Alcohol and FTA safety regulations
Thorough knowledge of accident investigation

Pay Range:
Pay Min: $28.00 per hour
Pay Max: $32.00 per hour
