Job Duties:
- Lead mentor and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential.
- Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste and recycling removal services to businesses in the state of Alaska
- Prepare bids weekly call reports and cold calling new and existing customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for a current book of business.
- Manage customer escalations as appropriate.
- Interacting with customers business associations and trade shows.
- Gathering contract expiration dates documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service
- Prospect and explore market opportunities
- Build relationships and resolving challenges with current customers.
- Develop relationships with coworkers strategic planning and account management.
Qualification Requirements:
- 3 years of management experience in an outside sales environment
- Be selfmotivated competitive and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- 5 years outside businesstobusiness contract sales with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication computer and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent time & territory management skills.
- Must periodically be available outside of normal business hours.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time (or on an as needed basis).
Salary: $80000$85000 plus a quarterly commission plan
