About This Role
Our NA II team members bring advanced training and clinical support into home settings where personalized care matters most. If youre listed as a Nurse Aide II and want to practice your skills in a meaningful relationshipcentered environment this role is for you.
Youll work under RN supervision and within the nonmedical home care scope to provide direct care and support for a variety of client needs while making real connections along the way.
What Youll Be Doing
- Provide personal care (bathing toileting dressing feeding) and mobility support
- Perform NA IIapproved tasks such as sterile dressing changes oxygen monitoring and catheter care under supervision
- Track and document client conditions intake/output and vital signs
- Support client independence with daily routines and emotional connection
- Communicate observations clearly with the RN Supervisor and family
- Keep the home environment safe clean and supportive of clients needs
Who You Are
- An experienced caregiver with confidence and heart
- Organized observant and able to follow care plans closely
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive care team
- A professional who values integrity compassion and trust
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed additional training through an NC Board of Nursingapproved NA II program.
- Currently listed on the NC Board of Nursing Aide II Registry
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in a home care or facility setting
- Valid NC drivers license and reliable personal transportation
- Clear background check TB screening and work eligibility
- CPR/First Aid certification (highly preferred)
- Comfortable lifting clients and performing handson care
