We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Sales and Reporting Analyst to support our retail ecommerce and wholesale teams through datadriven insights and reporting. This role plays a key part in tracking sales performance customer behavior and inventory trends to help optimize merchandising pricing and promotional strategies in a fastmoving fashion environment.

This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance metrics trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • Monitor sales targets and provide insights on opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify sales trends and deviations from forecasts.
  • Collect clean and organize sales data from multiple sources (CRM ERP POS etc.).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel Power BI or Tableau.
  • Partner with IT and Sales Leaders to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Help develop and improve financial models and dashboards for better decisionmaking.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning to support business strategy.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing and promotions.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or related roles (internships included).
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial software (Oracle Netsuite or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP macros) and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
  • Experience with database management (SQL) or reporting automation/enhancement using AI is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and/or retail business experience would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization and ability to collaborate with different
  • teams
