Job Duties

Support operational analysis to the Agency Management Lead Analyst ensuring that Operations maintains resilient routines that support the wellbeing and meaningful work carried out by its employees in safe secure healthy and productive workplaces.

Executes the project design initiatives research directives of the Agency Management

Lead Analyst. Oversees the daytoday activities of unpaid academic interns and wage employees including Wilder Fellows. Applies knowledge of research analysis and evaluation techniques to projects which can include data collection specialized research and strategic planning. Support or present at leadership meetings. Support facilitation of employee groups. Research relevant data sources to determine best practices and
evidencebased methodology solutions and recommendations. Play a role in all stages of a project such as initiation planning execution monitoring and closure.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to collect sort and analyze data to make connections draw conclusions offer alternatives make recommendations identify gaps in data and to independently seek additional sources of information. Project management skills to include initiation planning execution monitoring and closure. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with others to collect data and provide information.
