within the degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field: Masters degree experience in financial management accounting or business administration preferably in a school budgets and forecasts for the accounting procedures and financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulations and financial transactions including payroll accounts payable and accounts financial data and provide recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing all aspects of the districts business operations including food service facilities and the financial audit of the endofyear financial reports including state and federal with school administrators to develop annual presentations of the budget for school boards and town budget budget performance and prepare regular reports for recommendations for budget adjustments as needed to align with district goals and and ProcurementOversee procurement processes including vendor selection contract negotiation and purchasing of goods and compliance with procurement policies and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement a plan to manage custodial services for the regulatory compliance with federal and state environmental and safety Capital Improvement Plan is developed and updated the superintendent in physical plant planning and and implement contracts for regular and special education transportation resolution of transportation issues with the transportation service with transportation service providers to ensure service and ManagementManage federal state and local grants to
