DescriptionThe Sr. Creative Operations Marketing Manageroversees the planning execution and optimization of all creative projects within the organization including creative leadership for new product launches customer experiences communications and advertising. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in creative project management resource allocation and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive efficiency and innovation in a fastpaced environment. This role will work closely with senior leadership and adjacent functions to execute best in class customer experiences and gotomarket campaigns.
This position is for our Air Conditioning Division located in Fort Smith based in Fort Smith AR metroAtlanta GA or DallasFort Worth metroplex TX.
Responsibilities- Serve as the creative marketing lead and subject matter expert for division
- Create and manage assets for marketing sales training and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the creative operations strategy
- Align creative initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for new and existing products programs and initiatives
- Lead and manage the creative operations team and ensure the planning execution and delivery of all creative projects while meeting quality timing and cost requirements
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
- Implement project management processes and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Manage assigned external agencies and partners
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Creative Arts Communications Business Administration or related field
- 10 years of handson creative marketing experience with focus on creative operations management preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of creative processes project management and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
- Proficiency in project management software and tools and a track record of success meeting project goals timing and budgets
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills applied to creative management
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working across digital and traditional media channels including Display Paid Social SEM and Print and developing integrated marketing campaigns
- Expertise in graphic design digital print and web design concepts and gotomarket campaign success
- Graphic design and writing/messaging samples from successful campaigns
