Job Description
Amazons Softlines Private Brands (SPB) team is currently seeking a dynamic Program Manager that will be responsible for creating the processes we use product roadmap/line plan for key growth categories and for scalably reducing commercialization time.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about product and have strong analytical product development and project management skills. They should feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity driving stakeholder engagement and working in an entrepreneurial environment. This Program Manager should be able to collaborate with and influence multiple (global) teams across the APB organization. This role interacts with the design business management instock management sourcing and tech teams across Amazon Private Brands.
Key job responsibilities
* Collaborate with and manage a diverse stakeholder base across Design Product Development Business Management In Stock Management Marketing and other Amazon teams.
*Ability to own and manage multiple projects prioritizing by working backwards from the ideal customer experience.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills including the ability to rally multiple teams around a complex goal through root causing misalignment regular project update mechanisms daily collaboration and continuously seeking to understand your customers needs.
* Influencing without authority across multiple teams including pushing back with data when you dont believe the right decision is being made.
* Building mechanisms to drive transparency; as we build new processes you bias towards globallyaccessible documentation of projects critical decisions and prioritization in order to build a strong foundation for the current and future project teams.
* Project management including the ability create a plan that to clearly articulates the teams involved in each phase core deliverables business impact and milestones for completion. You also anticipate risks and escalate quickly with intent to resolve.
This is a fulltime position may require domestic and international travel up to 25% of the time over the course of a year along with the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform regular movements including sitting standing walking pushing pulling squatting bending and reaching
About the team

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Bachelors Degree
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
