Job Description
We are seeking a Client Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships ensuring satisfaction and assisting in the delivery of service solutions. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Develop and maintain longterm client relationships
Address client inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
Monitor client accounts to ensure successful delivery of services
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and drive account growth
Support account management processes including reporting updates and renewals
Collaborate with team members to meet service and performance goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in client services account management or customerfacing roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
Must be able to work fulltime onsite in Chicago IL
