Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customeroriented Call Center Representative to join our Dallas team. This position involves answering inbound calls assisting clients with inquiries resolving issues and providing a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Identify and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain detailed records of interactions and followup as needed
Provide product and service information to customers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Meet performance goals including call handling time quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred
Strong verbal communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations
Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
