We are looking for a highly skilled and detailoriented Streaming Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to delivering highquality scalable and reliable live and ondemand video experiences to millions of users across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS Elemental products and a deep understanding of streaming protocols monitoring tools and CDN optimization.

Responsibilities:
Design implement and support live and ondemand video workflows using AWS Elemental services including MediaLive MediaTailor and MediaConvert.
Manage and optimize video delivery via Amazon CloudFront and other CDN platforms.
Monitor video stream performance and availability troubleshoot issues in realtime and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Maintain and optimize HLS packaging workflows for adaptive bitrate streaming.
Collaborate with DevOps backend and product teams to integrate video delivery into multiplatform applications.
Build and maintain infrastructure and automation tools to improve deployment monitoring and reliability.
Ensure video pipeline scalability redundancy and compliance with evolving technical standards.
Contribute to documentation operational runbooks and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
3 years of experience in video streaming engineering or a related field.
Handson experience with AWS Media Services including MediaLive MediaTailor and MediaConvert.
Proficiency with video streaming protocols and formats particularly HLS. Experience with MPEGDASH or CMAF considered a plus.
Strong understanding of CDN technologies preferably with CloudFront.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools for video workflows (e.g. New Relic CloudWatch custom dashboards).
Familiarity with video codecs DRM ad insertion workflows and video quality metrics.
Experience working with scripting or automation tools (Bash Terraform etc.) is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
