ARE YOU THE FIELD SERVICE MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS
- 3 years of experience as a forklift mechanic
- 2 years of experience in field service
- Leadership and management experience
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Great people skills and a customercomesfirst attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Commitment to get the job DONE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous service manager experience
- Lead technician experience
- Factory training
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE
Youll work Monday through Friday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM leading a team of field technicians to deliver exceptional service and timely repairs.
In this role you will coordinate daily field operations with customer service representatives. Your duties include assigning service calls overseeing technician performance and providing guidance to ensure efficient repairs. You will also manage customer communication service documentation invoicing and maintain highquality standards.
