- Experience as a service manager in any repair service industry
- Experience delivering strong performance
- Leadership and management experience
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High energy personality with excellent leadership skills
- Great people skills and a customer-comes-first attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Commitment to get the job DONE
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A SERVICE MANAGER
As the Service Manager youll be at the center of our field operations ensuring efficiency and excellence every step of the way. Working alongside our CSR youll coordinate technician schedules dispatch service calls and make sure every job gets done quickly and correctly. Youll lead by example offering hands-on training technical guidance and real-time support to our field team. Youll also oversee invoicing and maintain strong relationships with our customers by consistently delivering outstanding service.
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
