ARE YOU THE SERVICE MANAGER OUR TEAM NEEDS
- Experience as a service manager in any repair service industry
- Experience delivering strong performance
- Leadership and management experience
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High energy personality with excellent leadership skills
- Great people skills and a customer-comes-first attitude
- Strong time management skills

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE
Youll work Monday through Friday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service and timely repairs.
In this role you will coordinate daily operations with customer service representatives. Your duties include assigning service calls overseeing technician performance and providing guidance to ensure efficient repairs. You will also manage customer communication service documentation invoicing and maintain high-quality standards.
