About the Team:
The Cloud Access Gateways (CAG) team within Traffic Engineering is revolutionizing how Amazon services connect with the cloud. We build industryleading solutions that simplify internet ingress service connectivity and cloud access experiences. Our infrastructure processes requests per minute at scale through three key area: OPF (Internet Ingress Gateway and reverse proxy) CrossRegion Access Gateways (seamless crossregion connectivity) and Cloud Access Builder Experience (service orchestration and onboarding).

About the Role:
Were seeking an exceptional Sr Technical Program Manager to provide leadership to critical CAG programs specially related to our Internet Ingress and Networking products. You will work with your peer to innovate on this field to increase Amazon protection from malicious internet attacks whilst serving customers requests at the massive scale and also ensure secure networking and connectivity. You will also work on making Amazon website faster by cooperating with your business partners and identifying new ways of rendering and serving Amazon product pages. There are thousands of software teams in Amazon who use your software to manage their internet traffic flow and as the leader of this team you will have a unique opportunity in improving their experience. The ideal candidate will drive engineering excellence drive programs/goals to modernize our Internet ingress Networking portfolio. This role requires a combination of deep technical knowledge strong program management skills and leadership abilities. Sr TPMs are expected to handle complex technical programs and influence technical direction across the organization.

7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
