ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the development and execution of the companys emerging technology strategy identifying highimpact trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies and solutions aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Partner with business units to understand technology needs and recommend scalable futurefocused solutions.
- Serve as a key technology lead in M&A efforts including technology due diligence risk assessment and postacquisition integration planning.
- Collaborate with Corporate Development and Legal on strategic partnerships and investment opportunities involving technology assets or capabilities.
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors startups and tech partners to foster innovation pipelines.
- Lead crossfunctional integration projects ensuring successful adoption and alignment of new technologies across business units.
- Present technology strategy risks and opportunities to executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration technology or a related field.; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Preferred Certifications: TOGAF CIL CMAIP Prosci PMP MOS Excel Expert
EXPERIENCE
- Track record of technology evaluation integration and implementation across departments or business units.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture modern technology stacks and innovation ecosystems.
- Experience in technology strategy innovation or corporate development within a complex or highgrowth organization.
KNOWLEDGE
- Management Tools: Proficiency with management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheets or similar tools).
- Change Management Basics: Familiarity with change management processes and support activities.
- Cloud Concepts: Understanding of cloud technologies and principles particularly Azure and M365 services.
- Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of IT compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA SOC2 ISO 27001).
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Passion for staying up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices.
