As an Operations Manager at Mead OBrien you will play a crucial role in promoting our corporate culture mission and vision. Reporting directly to the President you will oversee internal operations and technology functions to ensure operational efficiency exceptional customer service and asset optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Streamline CRM Quote and Order entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement workflow improvements for customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on open Quotes Orders and internal operations performance.
- Manage and optimize computer hardware software and network systems.
- Collaborate with external service providers for IT support and communications.
- Train users on security measures and technology utilization.
- Contribute to technology strategy and investment decisions.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of company policies product lines and marketplace.
- Travel as necessary to support business operations.
- Manage personnel ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering professional development.
- Resolve technical issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Minimum bachelors degree in business engineering or technology preferred.

Effective communication and problemsolving abilities.
Previous management experience preferred.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
