Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Operate multiple Kubernetes clusters across development staging and production environments.
Plan and execute upgrades patches and lifecycle management to ensure cluster stability and security.
Define and implement best practices for cluster configuration networking security and scalability.
Collaborate with internal teams to support deployment pipelines monitoring and incident management.
Drive the strategic direction of Kubernetes and container orchestration within our organization.
Evaluate new tools architectures and processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
Document architecture decisions operational procedures and incident responses.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments (selfmanaged)
Provisioning and maintaining onprem infrastructure
Proven ability to plan and execute upgrades and configuration changes with minimal disruption.
Solid knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines and tools as ArgoCD Jenkins GitHub actions.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Ansible Terraform Helm etc.).
Experience with monitoring/logging solutions (e.g. Prometheus Grafana Fluentd etc.).
Background in security best practices in Kubernetes environments.
Experience with Linux environments
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence platform direction and standards.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
ITIL certification or similar preferred
