Job Description
Role:
You will be part of a prioritized cloud transformation initiative. The work is carried out within a product team responsible for delivering a set of digital collaboration tools based on M365 as well as driving a fullscale migration from onpremises network shares to OneDrive across the entire organization.
The goal is to support the organizations cloud journey by modernizing and improving the management of personal document storage. In this role you will serve as a handson resource ensuring that the transformation is executed in line with the projects objectives and timeline in close collaboration with the project manager and engineers in the product team.
You will contribute with both technical expertise and coordination of technical activities to minimize disruptions and downtime for users during the migration.
Essential requirements:
Proven Experience with LargeScale Migrations to OneDrive for Business
Handson knowledge of Microsoft Migration Manager or similar migration tools
Experience coordinating M365/OneDriverelated projects
Understanding of common challenges and best practices for file migration
Meritorious:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset
Comfortable working in open transparent and collaborative environments
Experience in valuedriven crossteam collaboration
