Were on the hunt for an experienced a Coordinator Manager CFO Management . A successful candidate will be responsible for building sustaining and developing a positive platform together with the CFO and Investor Relations to enhance coordination communication administration and structure around key areas.
What youll do at Elekta
The Coordinator Manager CFO Management responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the Group CFO with organizing key internal and external meetings internal coordination and communication and certain administrative task such as travels invoices and purchases requests.
- Support Elektas capital markets agenda with investor targeting and coordination for roadshows earnings releases annual general meetings and capital markets days.
- Member of the Global CFO Management team managing meetings and agenda drive key topics and projects to report on a regular basis on the CFO Leadership meeting.
- Manage key events in CFO calendar.
- Coordinating CFO management meetings including preparations and taking minutes.
- Drive key projects in agreement with the CFO.
- Managing certain administration for the Group CFO and Investor Relations.
- Support IR with investor targeting to plan for outreach activities and roadshows.
- Supporting organization of external events such as Capital Market Days Annual.
- General Meetings and Earnings releases. This includes to be the key contact with external banks for setting up own roadshows.
- Supporting the Investor Relations team with specific tasks related to the Annual Report Elektas external homepage and IR specific press releases.
- Occasional travels may occur

- Excellent skills in working flexibly and adapting to changing priorities and demands.
- Advanced business acumen.
What youll bring
- University degree in Finance Business administration Economics or equivalent.
- A few years relevant work experience from business management preferably gained in a dynamic matrix and changeoriented global organization with process complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to structure coordinate and administrate.
- Proven project management experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English in both writing and speaking.
- Availability for travel required.
