Key responsibilities
Lead projects within agreed scope time and budget.
Use proven methodology for planning and executing projects.
Manage project dependencies and interfaces with different teams.
Listen to and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Organise lead and engage people across different units and geographies.
Support change management to ensure readiness for organizational changes.
Qualifications :
A university degree or equivalent experience ideally with a background in project or change management.
Experience leading crossfunctional projects
Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive structured and resultsdriven mindset with a passion for improving how things are done.
A natural leader who thrives in complex fastpaced environments.
Passion for improving peoples lives at home and delivering better solutions for IKEA.
Experience leading projects involving IT development or digital transformation.

The position is based in lmhult Sweden.
