Were expanding our Nordic Customer Success team and looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about creating value at scale. This isnt just about managing customers. Its about shaping how we serve and support a rapidly growing customer base in smarter more scalable ways. By joining us youll play a vital role in building the very foundation for what Customer Success means in the digital era not just at Simployer but across the HR tech landscape.

Youll be joining a strong and ambitious team in Sweden working sidebyside with expert CSMs Revenue Operations Customer Marketing Product and our Care team. Your focus Our Expert Help customers a large and diverse segment where youll lead initiatives that improve adoption drive retention and create measurable impact across the full customer lifecycle.

This role is key to our longterm strategy: What you create here will influence not just your customers but the success model for our entire CS organization.
