Job Description

As a Project Support Officer you will:
  • Provide operational and administrative support for certificate management processes within critical infrastructure and enterprise systems.
  • Assist in the planning implementation and monitoring of certificate lifecycle activities ensuring compliance with internal policies and external standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to digital certificates and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and compliance checks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of certificate management practices and related service management functions.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in IT with a strong focus on certificate or identity management projects.
  • Proven knowledge of service management principles particularly in a secure IT infrastructure environment.
  • Handson experience with tools and platforms related to digital certificate lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with security protocols PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and related compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
  • Manage certificaterelated incidents requests and problemsolving activities efficiently.
  • Support project timelines by delivering highquality technical and administrative outputs.
  • Adapt to evolving security standards and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
