Accountabilities
Collaborate with various company functions such as marketing sales regulatory training market access and clinical research to develop medical strategies and provide highquality scientific support.
Support the development and alignment of the Product Business Plan (PBP) with HQ strategies and policies.
Prepare the National Medical Plan for assigned products defining strategies and objectives.
Provide expert training to the medical field team to enhance their understanding of the product and disease landscape.
Advise the Field Force in communications with medical target groups by updating them on therapeutic topics.
Ensure inclusion of Italian Centres in international clinical development research by maintaining close contacts with relevant international Product Teams.
Guarantee local implementation of global trials with the Clinical Research Manager (CRM).
Oversee local study protocols ensuring accurate data management analysis and timely publication of data.
Support the Regulatory Affairs Dept in defining and reviewing product registration dossiers and other documents.
Assist the Marketing Dept to ensure high scientific and educational standards in activities like promotional material preparation and scientific event organization.
Develop and maintain scientific engagement with key Opinion Leaders and the Scientific Community.
Manage ESRs proposals with sponsors and collaborate with the MEOR manager according to AZ SOP.
Handle medical information requests and manage account relationships in line with Company Values Code of Conduct Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation.
Essential Skills/Experience
Previous experience as Medical Advisor/Medical Manager in the Hematology area within a Pharmaceutical company
Understanding of sales and marketing and pharmaceutical medical information
Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical industry
Ability to manage incoming data and/or requests in a timely manner and escalate when appropriate
Strong leadership capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management experience
Proficiency in English and Italian

PhD in Hematology/Oncology
