Information Security Head
mXDR Operations Leadership: Oversee mXDR (Managed Extended Detection and Response) operations ensuring effective threat detection & prevention IAM and incident response capabilities. This includes leading the SOC team refining threathunting processes and optimizing detection and response mechanisms across IT and OT environments.
Security Architecture and Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of a robust security architecture that aligns with the organizations business objectives and risk tolerance covering network cloud application and data security. Ensure the integration of securitybydesign principles into all IT and OT systems.
InfoSec GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) Oversight: Develop implement and maintain comprehensive InfoSec and data protection GRC programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements industry standards (e.g. DPDP IT Act BCAS CertIn ISO 27001 NIST) and internal policies. Conduct regular risk assessments audits and compliance checks to identify gaps and drive risk mitigation initiatives.
Operational Technology (OT) Security Management: Lead the development and implementation of OT security frameworks to protect critical infrastructure and industrial control systems from cyber threats. Collaborate with Engineering & Maintenance teams to ensure OT environments are secure resilient and compliant with regulatory standards.
Security Projects Management and Enablement: Direct the planning execution and successful delivery of security projects ensuring they meet scope budget and timeline requirements. Coordinate crossfunctional teams to implement security initiatives such as deploying new security technologies conducting awareness training ensuring effective change management and enhancing security posture across the organization.
