Accountabilities

As a Bot Configurator you will be involved in the design development coding customization configuration testing deployment and endtoend support of automationbased solutions or Bots (Robots). You will build Robots based on the underlying architecture of Automation Anywhere incorporating other Microsoft Technologies such as .Net and relevant client scripting languages. You should be capable of handling automation supportrelated issues and providing resolutions.

What youll do:

• Design develop test deploy and support robotic automationbased projects
• Gather business requirements and develop automation solutions accordingly
• Share a point of view to craft Solution Description Document and PQD or equivalent experience
• Support the Process Analyst in completing documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Support the Process Analyst in defining and designing the solution along with other relevant activities such as launch approval
• Configure the robot code adhering to standards modularization scalability and reuse of code
• Perform unit/functional testing support UAT and perform bot classification and validation
• Conduct compatibility testing between RPA software and target systems within the scope of the automation
• Perform peer reviews of other configurators code
• Migrate code to production and perform migration testing
• Provide Hypercare training and knowledge transfer to the Business Bot Controller & Bot Administrator Team
• Reconfigure code when required by a Change Request
• Design and develop testing and maintenance procedures and activities
• Implement industry standards procedures and guidelines for quality and delivery methods
• Identify bottlenecks/bugs and devise solutions to mitigate them. Motivate the team to meet tight deadlines and perform individually while working as part of a distributed team
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate value propositions to customers through consulting services engagements
• Take ownership of issues from delivery or issue resolution or partner concern as appropriate
• Absorb technical information and communicate clearly to varied audiences
• Ensure that applications are supervised and consistently deliver a high level of availability and performance
• Proactively identify and report improvements for the service
• Articulate business requirements into practical solutions and analyze automation candidates

Essential Skills/Experience

• Technical Degree or equivalent experience
• Overall 4 to 6 years of IT Experience (Preferably .NET)
• Handson working experience in Automation Anywhere and Certified in the same
• Create Technical specifications Test plans and support documentation
• Sound knowledge of ITIL principles Incident/Organizational change and AZ Access provisioning
• Good Interpersonal Technical writing communication and presentation skills with Senior Partners
• Passionate about knowing the latest trends or developments in automation and adapting to the same

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of any one Technology Stack such as .Net/C#/ or Java/J2EE or Python
• Basic knowledge of Macros (VBA) vb script java script
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Classic Agile methodologies etc) UI Path and Blue Prism (Or any other RPA tools)
• ITIL Certified or Trained
• Application knowledge related to Service Now Jira
• Responsible for completing the Application Life Cycle plans for individual applications which incorporate all attributes of the technology stack to the required level of detail
• Main responsibility involves maintaining and updating all documentation associated with Robotic Solution Delivery
• Ability to organize and prioritize work meet deadlines and work independently
• Stays abreast of developments in the area of professional competence
• AGILE / Scrum Certified
