Job Purpose
To manage the end to end operations of all online platforms from online channel partners and various digital assets like mobile apps. The job is also required to manage the New Fund offer as well as the Fixed Maturity Plan allotment process which includes handling the end to end process of managing the allotment of units MIS handling Customer communication coordinating for deployment of funds and adhering to the regulatory requirement.

Reviewing unposted and rejected transactions for any gaps. Monitoring Insta redemption as a process Monitoring balances for Insta redemption and IMPS account. Corporate action process to be monitored Handling ETF transactions. Liaising with It team for any developmental needs or any queries.
