About your job
In this position youre responsible for leading the sales team and delivering on the targets and KPIs of your area of responsibility in India. You support the design and drive the implementation of our strategic initiatives locally. To ensure success you work closely with Operations and functional teams within the Sales and Marketing organizations. You understand the need to balance local regional and global needs.
With an inclusive and open leadership style focusing on creating a collaborative environment with open communication you lead by example and by empowering your team. Naturally you work actively to create a great place to work including taking care of health and safety as well as diversity and inclusion as major contributors. You support our strategic journey through our Where to Compete (W2C) initiatives evolution of our gotomarket strategy and becoming a growing netzero company
You develop manage implement and monitor all activities belonging to your area of responsibility and lead your sales team to deliver on the following:
Youre a proactive and valued member of the Asia Pacific Sales Leadership team and report to our Sales Director of Asia Pacific. The location for this position is India.

You can work on multiple topics simultaneously and are able to think outside the box to create insights for improvements. You have a strong business mindset and a financial understanding. Being resultoriented and customercentric in your thinking are perfect assets for this role.
