Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking to elevate your career in the residential real estate sector This role offers an exceptional platform to showcase your skills and thrive in a dynamic highend market.
The position involves working with one of our most prestigious residential real estate partners managing multiple luxury apartment buildings in Bedfordshire and surrounding.
You will be the face of the brand facilitating viewings for prospective tenants interested in 1 and 2bedroom highend luxury apartments. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities allowing you to take charge of your own marketing strategies and manage property portals effectively.
One of the standout features of this role is the autonomy it provides. You will have full control over your diary booking viewings through a robust database of leads and enquiries. This flexibility extends to your work environment with a mix of remote work sitebased duties and officebased tasks ensuring no two days are the same.

Additionally travel expenses are covered allowing you to focus on what you do best without worrying about the costs. Enjoy a generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays and a standard working week from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekend viewings for which you will receive time off in lieu.
To excel in this role a minimum of three years experience in lettings negotiation is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a proactive approach to marketing and the ability to manage their time effectively.
