Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Sidcup DA15
Salary: 32k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A highly successful independent local estate and lettings agency is looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to assist in the running of their residential lettings portfolio. Initially on a Maternity cover contract there is a possibility that the role may become more permanent.
You must be fully conversant with legislation relevant to the Residential Lettings sector and ASTs and should be looking for the opportunity to develop your career within a highly successful lettings business.
For this position you will have outstanding organisational skills and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills in terms of dealing with clients tenants suppliers and contractors.
You should also be an individual who loves to deliver amazing customer service.
Ideally you will be ARLA qualified have a great local knowledge as well as having your own car.
The Company: Our client is a highly professional independent Sales and Lettings Estate Agency with an excellent reputation a wellknown brand and local offices in the South East London area.
Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- Thorough understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
- ARLA qualified essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have a full UK driving licence and own car
