Senior Residential Childrens Worker
13.5015.00 per hour 40 hours per week sleep ins

They are now seeking a dedicatedSenior Residential Childrens Worker to join their experienced team and help shape brighter futures for the children in their care.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will take a key role in the daytoday care and support of children living in the home.
What Were Looking For
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience working in a childrens residential home including direct work with safeguarding and challenging behaviour
- Strong communication leadership and problemsolving skills
- A calm nonjudgemental approach and a genuine passion for supporting young people

Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent childcentred care within the home ensuring safeguarding and emotional wellbeing are at the forefront
- Lead shifts and mentor junior staff promoting best practices and teamwork
- Help create structured routines encourage educational engagement and plan meaningful activities
- Support children through emotional challenges with empathy and resilience
- Maintain accurate records contribute to care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
