Deputy Room Leader
Salary:(dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours per week: 41
We are seeking a Deputy Room Leader to join our clients dynamic team at their beautiful nursery. As a Deputy Room Leader you will assist in delivering highquality care and education to young children while also supporting the Room Leader in daily operations.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Early Years.
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting with a solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- A passionate and nurturing approach to working with young children.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Room Leader in planning and implementing activities that promote the childrens development and learning.
- Support the team in creating a safe nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
- Build strong relationships with children parents and colleagues to ensure open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of childrens progress and communicate effectively with parents about their childs day.
- Contribute to the overall management of the room including organizing resources and maintaining a tidy and welcoming space.
