Duties:
Leading the technical design and detailing of largescale hotel projects
Coordinating with consultants contractors and stakeholders through all RIBA stages
Attending and contributing to regular project and client meetings
Supporting Business Development initiatives and contributing to the practices Client Network
Managing Revit models and ensuring technical compliance across all project stages
Requirements:
Strong experience in delivering highend hotel or hospitality projects
Confident and proficient in Revit with experience leading technical packages
A background in producing and coordinating complex construction details
Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction methods
A proactive approach to Business Development and maintaining a strong Client Network
