As a Senior Interior Designer youll be an integral part of our design team working on a diverse range of projects across workplace design commercial buildings and education/health. Youll collaborate with architects strategists and other designers to create thoughtful and innovative interior environments that enhance how people live work and connect.
This role plays a critical role in both leading design outcomes and driving delivery across largescale often complex projects workplace projects for clients across many sectors.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through to completion ensuring design excellence and innovation.
- Develop and present compelling design concepts material palettes and spatial strategies.
- Oversee/participate in documentation ensuring highquality detailing and technical accuracy.
- Manage client relationships acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams consultants and contractors to coordinate design intent and project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers fostering their professional growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends materials and sustainable design practices to inform innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
- Several years experience gained as a senior interior designer with a leading interior design firm with a strong portfolio of completed commercial workplace projects.
- Experience working with clients across commercial sectors across the UK and EMEA markets is a strong preference.
- Degree in Interior Design Interior Architecture or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Revit Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape is essential.
- Ability to lead and inspire design teams with strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Project Management experience in coordinating teams budgets and timelines effectively.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
