Tasks
- Product Development: Contribute to the development of Barocals product from prototype onward
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the engineering team to integrate product features seamlessly
- Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts and performance metrics
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to inform product features and ensure competitiveness
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Product Design Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from a toptier university. A PhD in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 3 years in product development preferably within the HVAC automotive or energy sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
