Are you graduating in 2025. This established graduate scheme requires no experience and is a fasttrack programme for future leaders.
Sales Development Representative
Salary 28000 basic with OTE to take your package higher
Location Aylesbury

The role unlike lots of sales roles out there will offer variety and the chance to quickly build longlasting relationships with both existing and new clients. Not only will you seek out the new business but you will nurture and grow your accounts. Your role will be 360 i.e you will do every element of the sales cycle which is super exciting. Think of it as your own little business
Role:
- Meet or exceed gross profit targets
- Identify new business and grow existing clients
- Be the first port of call to customer enquiries
- Negotiate prices with clients
- Quote customers
- Build relationships and encourage repeat business
- Client visits
- Build your own little business
Qualifications Educational and Other Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline. ( Preferable)
- A strong interest in developing a career in sales with a clear vision for growth.
- Hungry for success with a strong desire to win
- Tenacious and competitive
- Growth mindset and self motivated
- A valid driving license is a plus.
