Job Description
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a longestablished law
firm in Birmingham looking for a proactive and detailoriented
Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a residential caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle residential property transactions from instruction to
completion.
Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases remortgages
and transfers of equity.
Liaise with clients estate agents mortgage lenders and other
stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
Requirements:
At least 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
