We are looking for a Social Programme Manager to join our team.
We are looking to appoint an organised and committed Social Programme Manager to provide a range of wellexecuted competitivelypriced activities which complement and enhance the learning experience and language development of students at Kaplan International Languages Liverpool. The role will combine designing and promoting a programme which is relevant and interesting for a diverse body of students with following important risk assessment processes and sound budgetary management.

Experience in administration work (preferably in an ELT environment).
Experience in working in a customerfacing environment.
Ability to deal with and resolve a high volume of queries efficiently.
Ability to find and present solutions to problems.
Ability to manage and implement change.
Ability to manage social media accounts.
