Due to expansion we are recruiting a CNC Miller to join a leading global manufacturer of precision machined components. As the CNC Miller you will be responsible for programming setting and operating CNC milling machines (Bridgeport Doosan Quaser XYZ KRV).

Duties of the CNC Miller:

• Writing and editing CNC programs using
• Setting up and operating CNC milling machines
• Performing tool changes offsets and adjustments to speeds/feeds.
• Running multiple CNC mills simultaneously.
• Monitoring and optimising cycle times.
• Conducting basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspecting components for defects and ensuring quality standards.

Requirements for the CNC Miller:

• 3 5 years experience setting/operating Bridgeport Doosan Quaser XYZ or KRV mills.
• Proven ability to perform quality checks and manage cycle times.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (e.g. micrometers Verniers).
