- Provide and maintain a strong professional relationship with all customers and always show empathy

Job requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Excellent writing skills
- Good command of English
- Soft skills & politeness
- Technically adept (know your way around Windows shortcuts basic troubleshooting)
- Capability of multitasking
